Flow is a web-based platform for creating, managing, and exporting marketing content, including visuals generated from product data and catalogs.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity under your account

We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access.

You may upload or import:

• Product data
• Images
• Logos and branding assets

You retain full ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use all content uploaded to the platform.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to access or interfere with the system without authorization
• Use the platform in violation of any applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Flow may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. Meta/Facebook).

By connecting your account, you authorize us to access relevant data (such as product catalogs) solely to provide the requested functionality.

We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, errors, or limitations.

Source catalogs, output destinations, templates, renders, hosted exports, and connected integration data are processed to provide the Service.

Hosted export URLs, public rendered assets, and third-party destination syncs can expose product data outside the private workspace when you publish or connect those destinations.

Account and workspace deletion are subject to confirmation, security checks, backup retention, audit/security retention, and legal obligations described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis.

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We may update pricing with notice.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• Business losses
• Indirect or consequential damages

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
